Notes on Pricing:

Pest & Building Inspection report fees cover average size homes (not commercial buildings) in the Greater Sydney Metro Area. As a general rule, homes valued at over $1 million would attract a higher rate as they take longer to inspect and produce a report. If in doubt, call us on 1300 728 805 to check.

Strata Inspection (NSW Only) report fees cover around 98% of all strata plans. There are a number of plans however, which are very large and complex, or have complex records to investigate. This is generally gauged from previous inspections carried out. These plans will attract a higher rate to accommodate the additional time needed to inspect and prepare a report. If you order an inspection report that is likely to have any additional fees (except as noted above) we will contact you prior to the inspection being conducted.
